Shipping & returns
Orders ship within the United States with tracking. We cannot ship to every state; the checkout names any state we cannot accept. The shipping and returns policies below give the timelines and return eligibility.
Privacy
This site keeps your research acknowledgment for this browser session and your bag on this device. The contact and shipping details you enter at checkout are used to fulfill your order. Card and bank details are entered only on the payment processor's page.
Research use
Materials are intended exclusively for laboratory research, not for human or animal consumption. The research-use acknowledgment is required at checkout on every order.
